About me

Philip brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, lending, business consulting, and hospitality. In 2021, he opened Pier 21 Realty and a licensed Florida real estate school. Around the same time, Aiden joined the business after earning his real estate license. This channel also promotes our Real Estate Apprenticeship & Mentorship Program, helping agents succeed with real-world training and support. Plus, we’re proud to introduce REPO Club — The Real Estate Professional Organization — a private membership created to elevate standards and accountability in the industry.  Philip is also a mortgage loan originator with Loan Factory!
